By submitting an entry, participants affirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Any attempt to submit falsified or fraudulent information will result in immediate disqualification. Entrants must submit an entry on behalf of a racer under 18 years of age, provided that the entrant is a parent/guardian of the racer.

3. Submission and Deadlines

All entries must be submitted on the competition page by April 30, 2025. Late entries will not be considered. Pinewood Pro LLC may modify the submission period at its sole discretion.

4. Judging and Verification

Entries will be reviewed mainly based on computing the scale miles per hour using the track length and final race performance track time. Pinewood Pro will calculate the official scale miles per hour using the following equation: 3600/race time in seconds = A (one hour divided by the winning race time in seconds), A * track length = B (The result of the above multiplied by the length of the track in feet), B / 5280 = C (The result of the above divided by 1 mile in feet) C * 25 = Scale MPH (The result of the above multiplied by the scale of the car, which we are setting at 1:25). The submitted track length and race times shall be verified by the respective race managers. In the event that two or more entries end up qualifying as the top-performing car based on the metrics, the entry with the earliest submission shall be declared winner. Pinewood Pro LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry with inconsistent times, incomplete requirements, or insufficient proof of results. All decisions by Pinewood Pro LLC regarding disqualification, judging, and winner selection are final and binding.

5. Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the participant with the top-performing car based on computed scale miles per hour. The winning prize is one ticket to Space Camp. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Winners will be notified by email and must respond with any additional requested documentation within 7 business days to claim their prize. In the event the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Pinewood Pro LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
