2.5 Degree Bent Axles

Machined PRO Super Speed Axles
The fastest axles on the market, guaranteed!
Polished and nickel plated with secret cuts to reduce friction and eliminate wobble.
Exact same dimensions as BSA axles. A perfect fit for Awana Grand Prix Wheels, too.

Better than Polished!
- Cut in the middle of the wheel for less axle rub
- Wheel does not contact the axle so you have no friction (none, zero!) in this area
- Provides a cavity to hold graphite during the race
Friction Reducer!
- Tapered head means only a small amount is rubbing on the wheel
Oversized Axle Shaft!
- Axle shaft is slightly oversized to reduce wobble because the axle is tighter inside wheel bore. Diameter is .0910" verses BSA .0870 " +/- .001"
Wobble Eliminator!
- Axle shaft is undercut at the head to create a perfect 90 degree edge which eliminates wheel wobble, fixing another problem that slows down your car
- Undercut at the axle head also eliminates friction in this area because less wheel surface is rubbing on the axle
- Undercut also provides another secret cavity to hold graphite during the race
Optimal Performance!
- Axles are machined perfectly round and straight for optimal performance
Packaging
- Axles are individually bagged to protect from scratches during shipping
Rules Notes:
- Axles are the exact dimensions of BSA axles but they are machined parts. They may not be legal in your race
- Rules are different for every race! Always read your race rules
- Questions? Ask your race manager!

Machined PRO Super Speed Graphite-Coated Axles
Friction free to outlast the competition!

The fastest axles on the market just got faster!
It's all thanks to the smooth, slick, graphite perma-coating that will stay on your axles right through the district race.
Notes on Graphite-Coated Axles:
- Yes, you still need to add graphite to your axles, because the powdered graphite needs to work through the wheel bore.
- You should NOT use NyOil with graphite-coated axles. We recommend using our Pro Graphite with Moly lube with these axles, not NyOil.

- Axles are individually bagged to protect from scratches during shipping

Pinewood Derby BSA Polished Axles
These are the BSA axles that come in the BSA Cub Scout Pinewood Derby Grand Prix kit.

Burrs Removed on Axle Shaft
- These burrs must be removed or they will grind inside the wheel bore.
Crimp Marks Removed from Underside of Head
- Crimp marks must be removed or they will grind into your wheel, slowing your car like ABS brakes!
Nail Head Is Cut Back at an Angle
- Angling the head reduces friction where the head meets the wheel.
Polished
- The axle is then polished to remove imperfections. However, these axles are not as good as our Speed Axles above. We recommend a light polishing to improve performance.
Packaging
- Axles are individually bagged to protect from scratches during shipping
Rules Notes:
- Legal in BSA races that allow graphite lubrication.
- Rules are different for every race! Always read your race rules.
